At this time, we only ship to the 48 continental US States. Which shipping carrier do you use? The majority of the time we ship our products using UPS. How long before my order is shipped? Most orders take 1 to 2 days to be processed before being shipped. How long is the shipping time? On average, an order will take about 4 to 7 business days to reach its destination. Because we ship from multiple warehouses located in different areas of the United States, shipping time will vary depending on the origin of the order and the shipping address. For example, if you live in New York and your order is shipping from California, it will take about 5 business days to get there. Do you combine shipping? Currently, we are unable to combine shipping but we are working to make this possible in the near future. Can you guarantee the shipping time? We cannot guarantee shipping time since we do not control the shipping carriers. If you have not received your merchandise 10 business days after submitting the order, please contact us. Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address? Yes. Just make sure to call your credit card company before ordering and tell them you want to add a shipping address on file that is different from your billing address. If the shipping address is not on file with your credit card company the order might be refused. Do you ship to PO Boxes? We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. | |
