All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and the warranty exists between the manufacturer and the customer. In case of a defective product, please contact us and we will give you instructions on what steps to take to get a replacement or to have the product repaired. Important: When sending back merchandise, please package it well as we will not accept products that have been damaged during shipment due to careless packaging.
