   | FAQSHIPPING Which shipping carrier do you use? We mostly ship via UPS but we also use Fedex and USPS. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders take 1-2 business days to process and 4-7 business days to reach your front door when choosing Ground shipping option. Check out our other shipping options during checkout for faster shipping service. Do you ship to international locations? At this time, we ship to the 48 continental US States and a few of our products are eligible for shipping to Canada. Look for the canadian flag on each product page. Do you combine shipping? Currently, we are unable to combine shipping but we are working to make this possible in the near future. Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address? Yes. Just make sure to call your credit card company before ordering and tell them you want to add a shipping address on file that is different from your billing address. If the shipping address is not on file with your credit card company the order will be refused. Can you guarantee the shipping time? We cannot guarantee shipping time since we do not control the shipping carriers. If you have not received your merchandise 10 business days after submitting the order, please contact us. Do you ship to PO Boxes? We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. WARRANTIES / REFUNDS Do you offer a warranty on your products? All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. You can feel confident that we will assist you when you need to return a defective product. Make sure to give us a call before returning the defective product and we will give you clear instructions on what to do. What can I do if I am not satisfied with the product once I receive it? You can return the product for a full refund or an exchange if the product has not been used. If the product has been used you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. For some of the products we carry we cannot issue a refund once they've been used. Camping Shower World has the right to refuse refunds on any of our products. Please contact us before returning an item. Important: Product has to be returned with all its original packaging within 15 days after receiving. The cost for shipping back the item is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that for some of the products we carry we may not be able to provide a refund or an exchange.
